Once an order has been placed on our website, please allow up to 72 hours for it to be shipped if the item is in stock. Orders that are placed after 12 PM PST will not be reviewed until the following day. All orders placed on weekends or company holidays will be reviewed the next working day of the week. Weekends are not considered shipping days and must be factored into the delivery date appropriately.
Upon receipt and shipment of your order, confirmation emails will be sent along with instructions on how you can track your order. If at any point you are unclear on your order status or have a special request, you may contact UAG customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond as soon as possible.
All orders are processed and shipped from our distribution center in Southern California or Hong Kong. UAG is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or lost, stolen or misdirected shipments by the carrier. UAG reserves the right to refuse shipment to certain locations and customers for any reason.
International orders will be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as applied by the country to which the product is being sent. You as the customer are responsible to pay these expenses when the product reached the destination country in order to complete the shipment. UAG is not responsible for such extraneous import costs. UAG is required by law to declare full value of the product on any waybills or customs documentation.
